How to estimate Wind Direction and Speed using Radar SAR data and ESA SNAP Software.
This is the Second Part of the same theme. This time, SAR processing isn't needed because Sentinel-1 OCN product already have the Windfield Vector data generated by ESA. We only need to convert it to Shapefile using ESA SNAP.
