Leisure World commissioned an induction video to be shown to new gym members before they enter the facility. The goal was to clearly communicate key information—including safety procedures, appropriate attire, gym etiquette, and how to correctly use various machines and weights—allowing members to complete their induction remotely and reducing the need for in-person staff time.

Aura Films structured the video as a step-by-step journey through the gym, following a new member from arrival, locker use, and equipment handling, all the way through to the end of their session. This narrative approach gave viewers a clear, relatable overview of what to expect during their first visit.

To ensure accessibility, we incorporated both voice-over and on-screen subtitles, making the content easy to follow whether viewed with or without sound. A professional gym instructor was cast as the model for the video, bringing authenticity and ensuring all demonstrations followed proper safety protocols.

Filming took place with a two-camera setup to efficiently capture the wide range of necessary content and ensure comprehensive coverage of each area within the gym. The result is a clear, informative, and easy-to-navigate induction video that enhances the member experience while supporting operational efficiency.
