They say, when you are in Dharwad, you have to visit L.E.A. Canteen, for its light as air tuppada avalakki, spicy, sweet and tangy masala khaara and a rustic jolada vada in addition to other snacky tiffin that have made this 73-year-old institution a favourite with locals and travellers alike.
