Family friendly, low carb lasagne without using zucchini! This recipe is awesome that all the family will love. I have used zucchini in place of lasagne sheets in the past but found it made the dish too moist. Using sliced chicken really worked well. This recipe is really adaptable and you can add your own flair as you like.

All you need is meat sauce, chicken slices, ricotta and cheese. Super easy and quick to make. You can have this on the place in 30 mins (including cooking time).
