Pequeno teste com a XMB (PS3 Dash) no emulador de Playstation 3.

1 - Link for the build

Extract it in somewhere.


2 - After downloading the emulator, you will need the playstation 3 firmware.

3 - To install Firmware, open the emulator and go to "INSTALL FIRMWARE".

After extracting the emulator and installing the firmware, you must create a folder named "dev_flash2" in the emulator root and create a folder named "etc" inside of dev_flash2. ** Without quotes **

5 - You will now need the xRegistry.sys file, this file can be found in the program "xRegistryEditor075"

6 - After extracting the program, go inside the bins folder and copy "xRegistry.sys."
Once you get the xRegistry.sys file, drop it into the "etc" folder you created in dev_flash2 / etc

8 - Open the emulator and leave the settings exactly like my video

9 - Open the emulator and go to BOOT SELF / ELF / "Your Emulator Root Folder" / dev_flash / vsh / module / and open the file "" vsh.self "

10 - So is this...
after start the XMB remember that as it will be the first time opened, will take several modules installing, and this take a while.

Para usar essa XMB você precisa baixar uma build diferente que é encontrada no link abaixo

Após o Download do emulador, você vai precisar da Firmware do playstation 3 que é encontrado no site da sony ou pela internet, eu recomendo você usar a 4.82.

Para instalar a Firmware, abra o emulador e vá em "INSTALL FIRMWARE".

Após extrair o emulador e instalar o Firmware, você deve criar uma pasta de nome "dev_flash2" na raiz do emulador e dentro dela criar uma pasta com o nome de "etc". **Sem aspas**

Ficando dev_flash2/etc

Agora você vai precisar do arquivo xRegistry.sys, esse arquivo você pode encontrar no programa "xRegistryEditor075"

Após extrair o programa, dentro dele vá na pasta bins e copie o "xRegistry.sys."
após conseguir o arquivo xRegistry.sys, jogue ele dentro da pasta "etc" que você criou em dev_flash2/etc

Abra o emulador e vá em BOOT SELF/ELF/"Pasta Raiz do seu Emulador"/dev_flash/vsh/module/ e abra o arquivo """vsh.self".

Pronto, fazendo isso seu emulador já vai bootar a XMB, lembrando que como vai ser a primeira vez que ela está executando, ela pode demorar e vai aparecer várias telas instalando módulos.

((((((O Projeto desse emulador está em progresso, no futuro talvez esse emulador seja capaz de executar a XMB com jogos, no momento atual ela não funciona nem mesmo o som, esse é um projeto que acompanho de perto e desejo sorte aos desenvolvedores ))))

*Minha VGA é AMD e ela apresenta alguns bugs nos gráficos, acredito que isso não se aplique para quem tem Nvidia.
