Harvest at least 6 inches and remove the outer leaves..
keep back about 3-4 smaller leaves to continue growing..
space bok choy plants about 8-10 inches apart , water every 2 days , Make sure the plant has about 6 hours of sunlight. do not plant in a sunny area shaded area is better..
If you see the bok choy leaves have holes, check at the back of the leaf. make sure to remove any caterpillars mix, neem oil or peppermint oil in a spray bottle and spray behind the leaves..
sprinkled cayenne pepper on top of the plant or use coffee grounds to keep bugs and pests away. repeat every 5 to 6 days...

neem oil mix -
I mix about 1 tbsp of neem oil till a 32 oz of spray bottle and you could also put 2 to 3 drops of soup that you wash your dishes with inside the help. the neem oil sticks better to the plants..
