In the late 90s, the anticipation surrounding the next Circulation release was palpable, leaving an indelible mark on the Electronic Music scene. With 45 color-coordinated cult EPs, Paul Davis and his former musical partner Matt Jackson contributed to vinyl collections worldwide. Fast forward to 2021, Paul, rekindling his love for music during the pandemic, made a triumphant return, unveiling a series of EPs. While showcasing his evolution from the early days, each release demonstrated his ability to craft a captivating dance floor groove.
Circulation's resurgence gained momentum, featuring beautifully crafted music for Stripped Recordings and remixes for Stripped Digital in the past year. 2023 saw him leave an imprint on renowned labels like Bedrock, Selador, Sound Avenue, and Mirabilis, marking a highly productive year.
As we step into 2024, we're thrilled to announce the release of a 3-track EP, "Reindeers & Beer," from this remarkably talented producer. The EP, a perfect blend to conclude the festive season and kick off the new year, includes two triumphant remixes, expanding the genre diversity of the already remarkable original.
Leading the remix charge is Luze, known for his hypnotic style and deep grooves, previously showcased in remixes for Kamilo Sanclemente and Bemannte and Bruder. His contribution adds another layer of brilliance to the already awesome original.
The second remix comes from the emerging partnership of Zstimer & Wru, newcomers to the label. Their edgy tour de force of Electronica reinforces their collaborative prowess, already making waves in the musical universe.
