This was our 2nd day of the Andaman tour, we traveled from Port Blair to Havelock Island which is now known as Swaraj Dweep on Govt. ferry. The journey of the ferry we recorded for the Harish Bali Travel Youtube Channel.

We shot this video on 11th October 2023, below are the activities we did throughout the day.

We stayed at TSG Grand in Havelock which is closer to Radhanagar beach which one of the most famous beaches in Andaman Island, We paid Rs 5000 for double occupancy. and we tried to book govt. Jetty Point for Elephant Beach - Boat Journey - Rs 1000 per person, they make a group of 10 people, then a speedboat starts. Just to save time we hired the entire boat paid Rs 10000. You have a booking counter for Water sports activities at this place & also at elephant beach.

In my opinion you can book water sports at elephant beach only by looking at the activities, flip side is in Elephant beach currently there is not mobile network you will have to make the payment in cash, but at the jetty point you can make an online payment. For some reason you could not do the activity. They will deduct some amount and would refund you the rest of the amount.

We book in advance the sea walk with photography - Rs 3500 & with videography - Rs 4000, in our case we paid the entire amount but then when we reached there I realized i cannot do this activity due to paucity of time, then they deducted Rs 1000 & refunded back.

Another important information to note, boats for elephant beach start at 8am to 1pm, then by 3:30 pm the beach is closed. Boat & crew will be there for 3 hours. You need to memorize the Boat name, as there is no mobile connectivity.

Elephant Beach - This beach is popular for various water activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, and swimming due to its rich marine life and coral reefs. Visitors often enjoy exploring the underwater world, encountering vibrant fish and colorful corals.

The serene surroundings and clear waters make it a favorite spot for relaxation and adventure alike. There are food options just like street food, coconut.

Radhanagar Beach - This beach is famous for its white sand & crystal clear turquoise water, Sunset point in havelock island.
