That is where we left off. And that very day I spoke to the directors of Televisa and I told them about the possibility of working with them. I knew that they had been interested in me for many years. We had talked in the past and we are now talking at this moment about an agreement whereby I would join the network and I know that it will let me grow a lot and do a lot more than I am doing already."

STORYLINE:
Laura Bozzo, one of Latin America's leading talk show hosts, says she is to leave Telemundo where she has worked for six years and join rival television station Televisa.
Speaking to AP Television News, the blonde star of the NBC Telemundo networks programme "Laura" said she did not want to renew her contract for three more years.
Bozzo was under house arrest from July 2002 until July 2005.
While under detention she filmed her programme from her studio that became her home.
Bozzo stood accused of receiving 3 (M) million US dollars from ex-spy chief Vladimiro Montesinos to support ex-President Alberto Fujimori's fraud-filled re-election campaign.
Bozzo testified in April 2005 that she had been hopelessly in love with Montesinos, but has steadfastly denied she took bribes from him.
She was released from house arrest under a Peruvian law which states no accused can remain under house arrest for more than three years without being sentenced.
Bozzo said she hoped to soon travel to Mexico where she can produce her television programmes.
She rejects claims that she may use her popularity to start a political career in Peru.
Bozzo is one of Spanish language television''s top rated stars in the United States and much of Latin America.
