DNA: What is the meaning of serving only 4 years in Indian army?
The Government of India has announced a new plan regarding the Indian Army. The name of this new scheme is 'Agneepath'. Under this new scheme, now the youth of 17 and a half years to 21 years will be recruited in the army for only four years and they will be given the name of 'Agniveer'.

भारत सरकार ने भारतीय सेना को लेकर एक नई योजना का ऐलान किया है. इस नई योजना का नाम 'अग्निपथ' है. इस नई योजना के तहत अब साढ़े 17 साल से लेकर 21 साल तक के युवाओं को सिर्फ चार साल के लिए सेना में भर्ती किया जाएगा और इन्हें 'अग्निवीर' का नाम दिया जाएगा.
