Soak in penetration oil for about an hour first, then warm engine before attempting removal.
Plugs tighten on the way out sometimes so use the two back then three loosen and they will gradually come out.
Do not force them past 30nm! Go back then move forward.
Put copper grease on threads of new plugs and tighten to no more than 15nm.
