Mario risks it all by rafting down the deadliest strip of water in Africa, the Zambezi River, towards lake Kariba, only to find himself in front of some of the biggest and baddest problematic man-eating crocodiles on the planet. He is there to harvest and help a local African village that has been terrorized by these ancient river monsters. These reptiles have been roaming this earth for over 200 million years, so they also have some tricks up their sleeve, proving to be difficult and dangerous mission. Mario plans to take out one of these man-eating crocodiles and showcase a beautiful Asian inspired dish with the tail.
