"Adventurine" Fountain Pen Ink: Down the Rabbit Hole~Ferris Wheel Press

I decided to add the latest fountain pen ink from the "Down the Rabbit Hole" ink collection from Ferris Wheel Press, to my personal collection! "Aventurine" is the name of this new ink continuing the Wonderland aesthetic by taking us "Through the Looking Glass." This ink is a watery gray with a pink shimmer that very much gives the appearance of a rippling mirror!

After swatching this ink is a little too watery for my personal taste. However, the effect is rather neat. I will probably use this going forward in some art form. I didn't really love it in my zoom nib fountain pen. The gray is just too light for me, but I did really like the subtle shimmer. It is very pleasing! It did not show up right away, but it is there. Writing with this ink has a little bit of a fantasy feel. If you like light gray and shimmer, this is lovely!
