2001 Yamaha Raptor 660R restoration - process video

Описание к видео 2001 Yamaha Raptor 660R restoration - process video

Update: Jan 2021 - This was suppose to be a budget restoration, but that didn't happen, the farther I dug in, the farther I got pulled in - figuring "well, while I'm here let's do this or that". I know I said that this was 100% complete, but I've since made some changes. I will post a second video outlining the changes.

I made this video from a bunch of photos and videos I had made during the restoration. I didn't intend on putting it on YouTube, so I didn't really make a lot or have in great detail the things I did.

I was taking a gamble that the transmission shifted fine from the previous owners, so I didn't split the cases, and the connecting rod had no axial play and was within tolerance for the side play.

I hope you guys enjoy the content and if there is anything you want to know, please leave a comment.
