Cambridge Analytica is a now defunct company founded in 2013 for the sole purpose of political consulting, their not so secret weapon was data points obtained unlawfully via people’s social media accounts, mainly facebook.

Even though this company no longer runs their shady business, their parent company SCL group is still running business like this situation has never happened. They changed their name though, a new company called Emerdata Limited founded in 2017 by the same people and its HQ is where Cambridge Analytica was...
