Breech Baby at 32+ Weeks | ECV or C-Section? Delivery Options Explained | Dr. Shamayela Hanif

If your ultrasound after 32 weeks shows a breech baby, do not panic. Most babies turn by the last month, but about 3–4% stay breech at term. At 36–37 weeks, doctors may offer External Cephalic Version (ECV) to try turning the baby head-down. If ECV is not suitable or does not work, many hospitals recommend a planned C-section for safety.
