How to make "Flavorful Coriander Rice Recipe" with aromatic twist to your everyday meal.

Serves: 3

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
3 Green Chilies
1-inch piece of Ginger, minced
8 Garlic Pods
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Oil
1 Bay Leaf
3 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1-inch piece of Cinnamon
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped slices
3 Slit Green Chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped Beans
1/4 cup finely chopped Carrot
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt.
2 cup Boiled Basmati Rice

Method:
1. In a blender, combine fresh Coriander, Mint Leaves, 3 Green Chilies, Garlic Pods, and Minced Ginger. Blend into a smooth paste, adding a little water if needed. Keep aside the Coriander Paste.
2. Heat ghee & oil together in a pan over medium heat. Add Bay Leaf, Cardamoms, Cloves, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cashew Nuts, Onion, finely chopped slices. Fry until onions turn translucent.
3. Add 3 Slit Green Chilies, finely chopped Beans, Carrot, Green Peas, Fry for 4 minutes on medium flame.
4. Turmeric Powder & Salt, mix well on low flame.
5. Add prepared Coriander Paste. Mix well and cook till the oil gets separated.
6. Add 2 cups of boiled Basmati Rice. Mix well till coat all masalas to rice.
7. Add finely chopped coriander and transfer to a bowl.
8. Flavorful Coriander Rice Recipe is ready.

Your Flavorful Coriander Rice is ready to be served. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving to ensure the grains are separated.
Garnishing (Optional):

You can garnish the coriander rice with a few more chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Serve the Coriander Rice as a delicious main dish or pair it with yogurt, raita, or any curry of your choice.
