What a great ride! The wind-up at the beginning made it look like things might not go well, but Kati King and mule Rhoda Nelson had an awesome finish time of 23:62 (not sure of the last digit). The closest contender was over 30 seconds.

Rhoda Nelson's owner is Roger Downey of Albuquerque.
