Described by many as a cult, crossfit has continuously kept growing over the years. From devoted members to their sense of superiority over others, it’s no wonder they’re often considered as such.

While many focus on how idiotic some exercises look and the elitist nature of crossfit, I learned there’s a much more sinister side to this. With all the criticism, it made me wonder. Is crossfit really that bad and cult-like or is it simply just a facade and misrepresentation of the sport as a whole ? This is the harmful cult of crossfit.
