Baseball Pitching Grips [CHANGE UPS] The Circle, Star, and Vulcan

All of these change ups have different grips and are thrown a little differently. But if you're look for a new pitch to throw you can try one of these change ups. Just remember, the main job of any change up is to try to disrupt the batter's timing by pitching off of your fastball. So here is where we talk about each of the pitches:
