What Is A Leader?

What is a Leader? The answer to that question may be more important than you think.Sometimes we put people in a leadership position but we simply expect them to do the work not lead a team. But if we truly want the leaders in our leadership pipeline to have a strong impact in our organization we must empower them to lead a team of people. In this weeks video I give a definition of leader as one who leveagers their relational influence with a team of people to get the right things accomplished through those people. Also I explain seven essential roles a leader must do in order to lead well.
