The yellow wrench light in your Honda dashboard simply means that a maintenance is due soon. It will come out when your oil life is at 15% so this means that you will need an oil change and maybe another service depending on the code that shows below your odometer.

In my case, I have a B1 code B means that I need to do an oil change plus a bunch of check items and 1 means that a tire rotation is needed.

The manual that comes with your honda vehicle will show you what the code means. I have also showed how to reset that code after you perform the maintenance to remove that annoying light in your dashboard. Please make sure that you complete the maintenance first before resetting the service code.
