STRYKER symposium: Innovative aneurysm treatments

During the Stryker symposium, we had an interesting clinical review of Target Tetra™ cases presented by Dr. Manuel Moreu. Target Tetra™ is the softest coil in the Target coils family and a safe tool for coiling small spaces.
Dr. Mario Galdamez then presented the SEASE results. SEASE is the largest multicenter real world post market study to date, evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Surpass Evolve™ flow diverter with core lab adjudication of all radiographical outcomes. The conclusion of the study demonstrates that Surpass Evolve™ has a consistently high effectiveness and favorable safety profile for the treatment of iAs.

Pr. Monica Killer shared excellent results from a recent multicenter study across 10 leading European Neurovascular centres. The study highlights the efficacy and safety of the Contour system™ in treating cerebral aneurysms, encompassing 279 aneurysms with a 12 months follow-up period, resulting in an 92% adequate occlusion rate.
