NEW KABUTO PULVERIZES ALL ONLINE!!! - Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections

Kabuto has been a blast to play with and this might be my personal favourite version of him in all of the Storm games! His jutsus deal a lot of damage while also having speed down status ailments integrated in them. His neutral is also great and the fact that you cancel out of his jutsus leave so much room for combo opportunities. If you don’t pay attention you might lose a whole bar of health if you don’t defend yourself well against him (as displayed in the video). Let’s not forget about the strongest tool in his kits… THE POISON TAG!

Kabuto has two primary jutsus in his arsenal that both deal speed down status ailment on hit. His first jutsu is a wide forward slash that launches the opponent in the air on hit. On start-up the jutsu has armor on it and can also be cancelled at any time. It is also a great tool to combat rush attacks with, because they usually clash at each other. This jutsu can also be used as a combo extension tool and deals a great amount of damage.

His second jutsu is called Lurk and has a unique animation to it. This jutsu causes Kabuto to go under the ground and bypass anything that is happening on the screen at that specific moment. It is a very interesting jutsu that can also be cancelled at any point. The best moments to do so are when you hit your opponents guard or miss the actual attack. If you hit your opponents guard you can freely cancel this jutsu into a grab to get some extra damage off of it or continue your combo afterwards. It unfortunately does not have armor on it though, which makes it a pain to use against rush attacks like Rasengan or Chidori. Don’t forget that this can also be used as a combo extension tool and know that each hit does an incredible amount of damage!

Overall, Kabuto is a monster in the damage department and can definitely deal an immense amount of it in mere seconds! Definitely check him out if you haven’t already!!
