Retro Renew Episode Description: Step-by-step tutorial on how to build the Ultimate Game Boy Color using that latest Boxy Pixel aluminum shell and FunnyPlaying IPS display kit.

In today’s episode of Retro Renew, we’re going to build the perfect Game Boy Color! In this build we will be using a Boxy Pixel aluminum shell that has been anodized dark gray (looks like Apple’s Space Gray)! We will also be using Boxy Pixel’s Brass buttons which are simply amazing and have a real heft to them! Last, we will be installing a FunnyPlaying IPS display which features a full size screen meaning you can use a standard size lens rather than a custom one.
