I'm from Georgia and chef is from Alabama, so we grew up eating true southern food: Collards, chicken, black eyed peas, butter beans, cornbread, yams, sweet potato pie, peach cobbler, macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, ribs, green beans, Etc. We KNOW how important flavor is. As we got older and realized that the consumption of meat and animal products were causing illness and disease in our people, we changed our lifestyles; But stayed true to our roots because that's what we know. Southern Plant Based cooking!

Its not hard to be healthy; we'll show you how. All you need is a little knowledge and support. We love teaching and encouraging anyone who is ready to make a change!
