The Pain Arc is one of the most beloved in Naruto, counting both Naruto part 1 and Naruto Shippuden. The Naruto vs Pain fight, and how climatic the arc is makes it stand out. However, I have a problem with it, and it's probably not what you're thinking.

So in this video we're going to talk about the main issue in the Pain Arc: How the side characters are treated. Sure, we have a few things like Hinata vs Pain and her love confession to Naruto, and Choji helping out in the Kakashi vs Pain fight. But overall, the way the Konoha 12 characters were treated in the Pain Arc was disappointing. Shino vs Konan is off screen, and Konohamaru vs Pain is simply a fight that shouldn't have happened.
