One thing I didn’t mention in the video is that any midrise lift will make a RWD transmission swap difficult. A standard transmission jack will not go low enough with the transmission on it to clear the bottom of the vehicle.

I don’t think I’d change a thing if I were to do it over. The support arms have been fully extended out to lift the last generation of Ford Ranger (very narrow frames), and as short as possible to lift C5 and C6 corvettes. Not exactly what you might have guessed.

It can be a bit tight getting in and out of the drivers door on some of the wider vehicles, but like I said, I don’t think I’d change it.
