Even though I liked quite a few of them, this 2004 series was not well received from many collectors. It got so bad that Mattel didn't even sell the last batch here in the United States! They jumped from the 2nd to the last 2004 batch right to the 1st 2005 batch! The last 2004 batch was sold in Australia and other "Rest Of The World" countries. However, some of the last batch of models did appear loose in U.S. Toys R Us 20-packs. Thanks to David Tilley for helping me as well as other collectors with Matchbox info! Thanks to JonathanC for helping me complete my set!
