Patrick Rothfuss has been at the same time one of the most celebrated and most vilified, controversial fantasy A-listers for quite a while. Considering Name of the Wind is my favourite book of all time, I thought it was important I explored some of my thoughts, especially in light of what has recently happened regarding the apology for the undelivered chapter. I have joked about his inactivity for quite some time, made sketches about him even, but the situation and the public reaction has quite frankly got out of hand.
