In today's episode, we take a deeper dive into the world of the Rusty Champaign Hotel to see what kinds of improvements we can make to the rooms and how much impact it has on the room rates. Amazingly enough, you can almost double a room's nightly rate simply by adding a painting, a bathtub, a bathroom sink, and a toilet paper holder. It's the simple things in life! 🤣
