Our partner, Viking Plastic Packaging, was contacted by their customer, Behrens Manufacturing. This 100+ year old company specializes in metalware, and up to the time of this project, had labeled all their buckets by hand. They were looking to automate this process to ensure consistent label placement every time. The taper of the buckets created some complexity, which turned out to be a simple solution, solved with our Harland PSL 206 WO Wipe On Labeler.

The Harland PSL 206 WO Wipe-On Labeler can be easily integrated with existing packaging equipment, used as a stand-alone portable labeler, or supplied with one of our product handling systems to suit your specific requirements. The PSL 206 runs many types of pressure-sensitive labels, including thin films, clear films, hang-tabs, sensormatic/checkpoint tags, coupons, and booklet-style labels, with an application rate of 30 meters (1,181“) per minute.
