If your motorcycle horn (or any similar horn) stops working because the internal contacts have oxidized, you may be able to fix it without bending off the metal collar that holds it together. I made an educated guess at where the internal contacts might be, drilled a small hole, and sprayed contact cleaner inside. After letting it sit for a few days and spraying some more contact cleaner in the hole, my horn started working again.
