FINNAIR A320 AY533 Economy Class - Helsinki to Rovaniemi, Helsinki Airport, Finnair Lounge (4K)

After a few days in Helsinki it was time to head North for some 24hr a Day Sunshine.

As per all previous trips to Helsinki I get around via the Trams and Trains, this trip no difference, arriving at Helsinki Airport by Train.

The airport was not too busy, with no delays checking in or clearing security.

This was my last visit to the Schengen Zone Finnair Lounge, as the brand new lounge just 100ft away opens in a few weeks time.

Before long it was time to board the A320 that was flying to Rovaniemi.

The flight left on time, and was uneventful, however those nearby were very chatty, and unlike most Finnish folk... chatting loudly.

The customary Blueberry Juice was offered (along with Water, Coffee, tex), everything else was paid for, however with a flight time of just over 1hr, you really should not need to buy any food items.

Arrival into RVN coincided with a lot of F/A-18 activity from the Lapin Lennosto (Lapland Air Command) which utilises the same runway that passenger flights arrive and depart from.

Baggage collected, Hire Car sorted... Welcome to Lapland.
