Lion Bulk Handling delivered two (2) Self-Discharging Cement Carrier systems for Tonasa - Indonesia. Our Carlsen E3-Cargo System has been installed on board these 8.000 DWT cement carrier with a discharge rate of 300 tph. The E3-Cargo System is the most energy-efficient bulk handling system for Self-Discharging Cement Carriers, as we only need compressors and blowers to unload the ship holds.

The vessel can be loaded at a rate of 800 tph through our Airside Loading System. Dry bulk material is loaded for transport pneumatically or mechanically by a Ship Loader into the central loading point. The central loading point with air slides, fitted with valves and drop-off pipes, distributes the dry bulk material into the different holds on board.
