材料:50克小虾米、600克金瓜、1根腊肠、30粒红葱头、8瓣蒜
面糊:300克粘米粉、60克木薯粉、半勺盐、少许胡椒粉、800毫升温水
腌制肉:200克肉末、1勺蚝油、少许胡椒粉、1勺食用油、1勺玉米淀粉

1)把金瓜切条,肉末加入1勺蚝油、少许胡椒粉、1勺食用油、1勺玉米淀粉搅拌均匀备用
2)腊肠去皮切粒,浸泡好的虾米切小、红葱头切片、蒜切末
3)准备一个碗倒入300克粘米粉、60木薯粉,加入半勺盐、少许胡椒粉&800毫升温水搅拌均匀至无颗粒
4)热锅热油小火爆香红葱头至金黄色捞出备用
5)锅留底油,倒入蒜虾米腊肠肉末一起翻炒至焦香,加入南瓜一起翻炒,炒至熟软
6)这时就可以把面糊倒进来,边倒入边搅拌,炒至浓稠状态就可以装模具
7)模具上涂上一层油,倒入炒好的金瓜泥,铺均匀上锅蒸45分钟;后再放凉3-4小时
8)最后撒上炸好的红葱酥,就做好啦❤️
