Summer Vlog | at the lake, breathtaking sunsets, cooking outdoors

Hello, and welcome to another travel vlog!

Though we didn't go far for this extended weekend trip, it was so nice to getaway for a few days and enjoy some quality time with family at the lake.

Jonah and I love to camp during the summer and Canadian summer's are just perfect for it. They offer warm sunny days with cooler evenings that make it perfectly comfortable for sleeping outdoors.

We drove out to one of our favourite camping spots here in Manitoba called Clear Lake. I always refer to it as Manitoba's mini Banff, that's what the area reminds me of (minus the mountains of course.)

One of my favourite parts of camping is cooking outdoors over an open fire. There's just something about cooking and eating outdoors- the food takes on an entirely different flavour.
