As part of the Customer Awareness Communication Program, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited is committed to protect our customer’s financial interests and to drive this awareness, we have created 2 characters namely Bharati Didi and Arun Bhaiya who have been introduced the protagonists for the Film series with an intent to educate, guide and help our ~9 million women customers towards having financial protection and doing the right things with respect to their loan accounts and process adherence to avoid any potential financial fraud.
