Hey, it's Steve Zalunardo from Zalunardo Associates. I'm here with a quick market update. Currently, we have 22,888 units in inventory, down from the peak of almost 27,000. Sales are up with 854 in the last week, leading to multiple offers on properties. We recently sold a listing in Sonoma Heights with a bidding war, and another property in King had 17-19 offers. The market is shifting towards bidding wars, so act now for good deals before prices rise further.
