The Pipe Fabrication Calculator is an App that is designed for pipefitter and pipe welder tradesman to use in the field. The App offers squaring methods for different types of offsets from the common 90° and 45° jump up offsets, to the complex odd angle offset. The App calculates by the same principles that are used in the field when figuring pipe offsets manually, but at the touch of a button and without the knowledge of complex calculations. Simply add the required data and the App will do the rest.

NOTE: All measurements are taken from center of fittings. Measurements are calculated from finding top center of pipe.


Angle Offset

Enter required angle and measurements A and B that are required for pipe fit up, and the App will calculate the required measurement between two entered points.

45° and 90° Jump-up Offset Calculations

Enter three required measurements A, B and C to suit pipe fit up, and the App will calculate the required measurement to square the offset between the entered points.
