This is a review of the Evenflo Pivot XPAND modular travel system which includes the SafeMax infant car seat. At only $399 for the entire travel system, it's one of the best budget stroller packages you'll find. But is it better than the Mockingbird stroller or the Uppababy Vista? Not exactly.
