Metro Exodus (2019) (1080p / Ultra settings / Tesselation On / Hairwoks and Advanced Physx Off)

Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (2015) (1080p / Ultra Settings / Hairworks Off)

Conclusion:

So, the difference between the Stock / Factory OC / Manual OC. Is definitely not noticeable and on average from Stock to Factory OC the gains is 3 - 4 FPS. From Stock to Manual OC it is average of 10 FPS. Yes, that is not much of difference but at least it's definitely noticeable. Also the fact that that is a free performance that was gained just by OCing it. The main reason why i did this performance test is. Is because i was really curious if my OC settings and my own Stock Factory OC settings does make difference from a stock one.

And also i'm tired of people concluding misleadingly that the Factory OC and Clock speed does not matter and doesn't make difference at all when i always see these other popular benchmark videos on youtube. With their 1060's 1070's 1080's running at stock or perhaps even little bit slower than stock. Something like "1823 Mhz" and comparing it to Factory OCed Turing cards that is running at "1920 - 1950s Mhz".

Well, i got my answer now.

The answer is yes, it does make difference. Not huge like you upgraded to another graphics card but still noticeable and Definitely not irrelevant.
