Smith Rock State Park - Spring Hiking Vibes

I enjoyed a stunning spring day hiking at Smith Rock State Park and am excited to share it with you here. I arrived at the park early - before 7:30 - and was welcomed by solitude that is rare at this popular state park.

I hiked the 7 mile Burma Road Loop

This hike is less popular than the Misery Ridge Loop and longer: it goes around the entire park. The views are endless. Spring is a great time to visit Smith Rock State Park; the temperatures are moderate, the wildflowers are in bloom, and sunsets can be spectacular.
