Black Swan is the Most Broken DPS Nerfed by her Own Kit

Black Swan is about to Make the DoT Meta in Honkai Star Rail Broken and this is a great thing. She is potentially not only one of the strongest DPS characters in the game, but also making her way up to a top tier support.

Black Swan is the first 5-star Wind Nihility character arriving at the beginning of v2.0 in Honkai Star Rail and she's bringing some incredible damage & support to the table! Once again we have a limited Nihility unit that holds some insane damage potential by herself, but goes even further than that by being the FIRST character to have nearly 100% DEF Reduction! This is TOO GOOD for almost every character in the game, but most importantly the DoT style of characters like Kafka, Guinaifen, Sampo, and more. The meta has been slowly shifting away from pure Hypercarry these last few patches and Black Swan helps push that agenda even more.

Black Swan, as a new 5-star character does everything any F2P player who focuses on DoT damage would want, but can be useful for other DPS characters like Dr. Ratio, Himeko, and Topaz too. Is it worth skipping Black Swan for Sparkle/Hanabi?
