FreeCAD Curves Workbench Tools Explained - ISO Curves - Help For Beginners

Learning the FreeCAD Curves workbench tools we look at the IsoCurve tool. This is an external workbench that can be installed from the tools menu add on manager. It applies a UV oriented lattice on to a selected surface. These Curves can be extracted as a sub-element e.g: with Curves JoinCurves, part design sub shape binder, part explode compound to allow it to be used within your model and in other workbenches. ISO curves can be used to help to visualise the shape.

We finish by creating a model and using the iso curves to make two features.
