- Full Body Bosu Ball Workout -
This full length Pilates Class begins with a standing warm up focusing on balance exercises. From there you’ll progress to plank work and additional standing work for stretch, balance and strength.

Then you’ll take it down to the bosu to work on back, abs, more legs and upper body. This is a well rounded total body workout where you will leave the class feeling good.

To end the class, move with this BOSU Stretching Class.
