NEW ‪@makeupbymario‬ The Master Mattes, The Neutrals Palette! I purchased this palette myself from Sephora for $50.00. I love a good neutral cool toned palette! This video is my first impression and TWO LOOKS ONE PALETTE! I created a dramatic winged eye look and a Halo eye look. I have several tutorials using Mario's Master Mattes palette and I'm super excited to add this one to my collection. Both of his palettes are perfect to mix with other palettes.
