In today's tutorial, we will learn about Quick Access Tool Bar in #Miracle #Accounting #Software.
As we know that commonly used functions, files or reports can be accessed quickly from the toolbar.
By the way, this #toolbar has been given in Miracle Accounting Software, in which icons of many helpful #shortcuts have been given.
So Let’s get started
This is the #desktop of Miracle Accounting Software where you will find 4 icons in the left side toolbar
If you have created a new company then you will be given 4 boxes by default on the left side, which we will see one by one.
And on the right side you will get 2 options
The first is the company number and the company name
Here pressing the shortcut key “C” or clicking on it will show the list of all the companies in Miracle May.
And the other one is YEAR
By pressing the shortcut key “Y” list of years will open.
It was the option given on the right.
Let's look at the next 4 icons, given over here.
First Icon is multi company and multiyear #ledger
Suppose we want to see the Ledger of AIIMS Electronics Account in ABC Electronics Pvt Ltd Company without changing the present company, then the first step what we do is switch the company, then open the Account Ledger…. Correct!
For this, you will not need to do this process because after clicking on the multi company and multi year ledger icon, the ledger will open directly.
Now press the shortcut key #CTRL+F2 or click on its icon.
After this the company list will open
Here the option of ear selection is also given, so that one can see the ear laser.
Please select the company whose ledger we want to see
Here you can see the list of ledgers that have been opened
And we can also see the #account of the account we have to give.
press #ESC to go to the previous company
In a similar way, second is multi company and multi year stock ledger for this we can see stock ledger of any company
The third is #MultiCompany and Multi Year Receivable Outstanding by which he can see the Receivable #Outstanding of any company
See further Use of Multi Company and Multi Year Ad #Vouchers
With this icon you can add any other company's voucher only by staying in the current company which will remain open.
Click on this icon or press Ctrl+F11
We have to add the Sales Voucher of this Appliances company.
Choose Company
Here the list of types of vouchers will be shown, means you can add any type of vouchers given in the list.
Now we are selecting the bill of sale, you may select accordingly.
Enter details and click on OK
let's check it out!
Here you can see that the company where we created the bill of sale has been added.
Let us now know how to create a tool bar icon manually.
Icon can be created in 2 ways in Miracle Accounting Software
First way go to setup – security - go to menu option
Menu option setup window will open
Let's say we want to create an icon for the Balance Sheet.
From here, click on “X” or cross from the icon column
Icons for 2 options will be found on the toolbar and on the M-Desktop
Now if we want to create an icon on the toolbar then select the toolbar
choose image path
Then click save 2 times
And here you can see that the balance sheet icon has been created.
Direct Balance Sheet will open as soon as you click on it
Now we need to create an icon for the product ledger.
First open Product Ledger
Here in the right upper corner, you will find the blue color icon of Create Shortcut.
Click on it.
Popup of shortcut will open
You can give short name according to your own, add hotkey also.
In this duration we can view the reports by daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
Select Icon Toolbar, select Icon Path, then click Shortcut
Here you can see that the shortcut has been created
You can also customize the icon using these options
Let's take a look at the Windows desktop icons from these options.
Please enter name in text box - for example we are taking balance sheet
Or Select more icons, then click OK
And here you can see that the Windows desktop icon has become.
Click on it then direct balance sheet will open
In such a simple way, you can do your work quickly by using Toolbar of Miracle Accounting Software.
