Banda Rayhak 2019 Marching Band Competition 4th Place - Bontoc National High School

In commemoration of the 75th Leyte Landing Anniversary, the Pintados Foundation has invited Bontoc National High School Drum, Lyre, and Bugle Corps to join the Regional Interschool Banda Rayhak Competition.

Banda Rayhak has become known as a bench mark for school marching bands in this part of the country and thus, is an awaited event every 20th of October.

We, at Bontoc National High School, are humbled to be invited in the said competition. As this year’s Grand Champions during the PAGMUGNA: DLBC with a Twist of HipHop competition, it is our greatest pride and honor to have represented our beloved province of Southern Leyte.

We are proud to say that as first timers, we placed 4th! Congratulations to everyone who has offered their time, sweat and blood to this competition. It was indeed a job very well done! Not bad for a first timer in such a huge competition like this! Kudos to everyone and very grateful for the full support of the BNHS faculty and staff! Special THANKS to sir JAMES OLAYVAR and HON. RODULFO NABLEA for the never ending moral, spiritual, and FINANCIAL support to our talented students! To all the parents for the undying support. TO THE VERY WILLING AND TALENTED STUDENTS OF BNHS and to everyone who in one way or another made this engagement possible. THANK YOU!!!!
