I Restored a 1950s Marx Lumar Firestone Tire Delivery Truck in 4K ASMR

It seems like it has taken me forever to build this little area to use as a studio for my toy restoration videos, but it's finished now and it's time to get to work!! I would first like to thank all those who encouraged me to get this done. From the subscribers and viewers of my channel to the crew of AA ( ‪@WhatTheHales‬ , ‪@2ndCentsIncAuctionsCleveland‬ , & ‪@storagelegends‬ ) to my beautiful Wife, I thank you all for your faith and support while I struggled to build my dream.

Please enjoy the restoration of this little toy truck. I picked it up at a local auction house for a winning bid of $17.00 and spent close to $100 with various vendors for the parts and materials needed to restore it to it's former glory. This toy was offered in two different color schemes for the Firestone truck. The early version, which was dark blue, had the plated grill and hood molding and orange sideboards and tailgate. Mine is the later version with the red and white. I wasn't able to find any pictures online of the red truck that actually had the original tailgate, so I guessed that it would be the same color as the sideboards as well. Either way, I like the white tailgate on the red truck and probably would have painted it that way regardless.

If it's not already painfully obvious, this is my first restoration video. I know there are moments where I could have done a better job on the production quality or with the truck itself, but I decided to leave it all in just to track my progress as I endeavor to make the best restoration videos on YouTube.
